  4. Secure Your Space: Once you receive your acceptance, you'll have 48 hours to select your room and pay the retainer. Prompt action is essential to confirm your spot as we prepare for a workcation filled with meaningful content and transformative experiences. Rooms range from $2,800–$3,950 depending on whether you choose a bunk room, shared queen, or private king. There is a $500 retainer to secure your spot with remaining payments due by February 1, 2026.

    It’s a strong fit for women who want practical clarity, honest conversation, and a supportive environment to explore new ideas and make grounded decisions. If you’re ready for intentional growth without running yourself into the ground, this retreat was built for you.

    Our attendees are typically open to sharing experiences and learning from others, making them perfect contributors to a collaborative and enriching environment.

  • You’ll move between guided conversations, strategic planning time, and restorative moments that help you think clearly and make confident decisions. The pace is intentional… enough structure to create momentum, with space built in for rest and reflection. A detailed schedule will be sent out one month before the retreat.

This retreat is designed to support next-level business growth and high-level strategy alongside personal clarity, restoration, and alignment. While conversations will naturally touch on business, the focus is on helping you recharge so you can step back into your work with renewed energy, fresh perspective, and a clear vision for what’s next.

  • Not at all. This retreat is designed to be restorative, not overwhelming. Every session is an invitation, not an obligation. Whether you choose to fully immerse yourself or take extra time for solitude and reflection, this is your experience.

  • Monday, March 23rd - Thursday, March 26th

  • Your registration includes three nights at a private oceanfront home, all meals and beverages, daily group sessions, coaching, restorative experiences, intentional work time, and all connection activities. It also includes surprises, curated touches, and a meaningful final evening experience.

    The only additional cost is travel.

    Rooms range from $2,800–$3,950 depending on whether you choose a bunk room, shared queen, or private king.

    There is a $500 retainer to secure your spot. Remaining payments will be due by February 1, 2026.

  • We encourage you to book your flight into Wilmington International Airport (ILM), which is just about an hour from the house. If possible, we recommend arriving between 1–3 PM ET on Monday, October 27 so we can coordinate smooth transportation and minimize your airport downtime.

  • Most women come alone, and within a few hours they are surprised by how comfortable it feels. The group is intentionally small and welcoming, which makes connection happen naturally. Think late-night heart-to-hearts in comfy clothes, honest conversations you rarely get to have in everyday life, and support that feels genuine and easy.

    Women often say they felt seen, understood, and supported in a way that stayed with them long after the retreat ended. Many return because the clarity lasts, the decisions they make here shift everything, and the connections become friendships, collaborations, and meaningful breakthroughs.

    If you are worried about coming alone, you are actually the person this retreat is designed for. Once you arrive, you will not feel alone.

The Fine Print

Your registration reserves your room and spot at the retreat. Because this experience requires advance planning for lodging, meals, and materials, all payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another approved participant. Travel costs are not included. A detailed schedule and packing list will be sent at least one month before the retreat.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another approved attendee. A 15 percent processing and rebooking fee will apply.

Retreat pricing is based on one person per bed. If you choose to share a bed with someone you are attending with, an additional share fee of 875 dollars per bed will be added to cover food, beverages, and experience costs.

Your retreat fee includes three nights of accommodations, all small group sessions, all meals and beverages, and one evening experience.
