    Our participants are typically open to sharing experiences and learning from others, making them perfect contributors to a collaborative and enriching environment.

  • Expect a mix of deep rest, meaningful conversations, and transformational experiences. Through guided reflection, intentional movement, and restorative practices, every moment is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling clear, refreshed, and inspired.. We will provide a detailed schedule at least one month prior to the event, allowing you ample time to prepare and plan for an enriching and rejuvenating experience.

  • Yes, but in a way that goes beyond tactics and to-do lists. This retreat is designed to support next-level business growth and high-level strategy alongside personal clarity, restoration, and alignment. While conversations will naturally touch on business, the focus is on helping you recharge so you can step back into your work with renewed energy, fresh perspective, and a clear vision for what’s next.

  • Not at all. This retreat is designed to be restorative, not overwhelming. Every session is an invitation, not an obligation. Whether you choose to fully immerse yourself or take extra time for solitude and reflection, this is your experience.

  • Monday, October 27th - Thursday, October 30th

  • Your investment includes three nights of luxury accommodations, nourishing meals and beverages, all curated retreat experiences, and special surprises along the way. Just bring yourself and an open mind—we’ll take care of the rest.

    For our October 2025 Workcation we have two room options:

    Private King = $3775

    Shared Double Queen = $2975

    There is a $450 retainer to secure your spot. The remaining balance will be split into equal payments with all payments due by August 1, 2025.

  • Visitors of the Outer Banks fly into Norfolk International Airport (ORF). The house is located in the heart of Hatteras Island, and is a breathtaking 2hr 20min drive from the airport.

  • You won’t feel that way for long. This retreat is intentionally designed to foster deep, meaningful connections in an intimate setting. You’ll leave not just with new insights, but with a supportive community of women who understand your journey.
