Wedding Planner Emergency Kit List

Let's face it, when it comes to an event with many moving pieces, the only certainty is uncertainty. No matter how much you prepare and plan for every scenario that could happen on the big day, sometimes the unpredictable happens. But hey, that's where you, the brave and mighty wedding planner, step in.

So, what's your secret weapon on wedding days? It's your wedding planner emergency kit.

As a former luxury wedding planner, my emergency kit came in handy more times than I can count. Picture this: The best man has managed to splatter mustard on his tie during the cocktail hour. A bridesmaid’s dress rips in the middle of the reception. The groom forgets his socks. (Yes, socks. It happens!) What did I do? Did I panic? No, I reached into my trusty emergency kit. You can do this, too!

An emergency kit is filled with an arsenal of quick fixes for those last-minute hiccups. While you can’t prepare for absolutely everything, you can prepare a carefully-curated list of must-haves for your wedding planner's emergency kit.
