This is the signature workcation experience that Planner’s Vault members have come to know and love. The Business Breakthrough Retreat is crafted for wedding professionals ready to make transformative moves in their business. Over three immersive nights—complete with accommodations, expert-led sessions, curated meals, and tailored experiences—you’ll dive into your biggest goals and tackle pivotal projects.
From fine-tuning your service offerings and enhancing client workflows to laying the groundwork for long-term growth, this retreat is designed to empower you with clarity, focus, and momentum.

THE SCHEDULE
We believe the best ideas happen when focused work and meaningful connection have room to coexist. This sample schedule gives you a glimpse of what your experience will look like, while leaving space for us to intentionally tailor the final schedule to the group's needs, opportunities, and destination.
Your final itinerary will be shared approximately one month before the Workcation, so you can arrive prepared to make the most of every work session, conversation, and adventure.

Meet Gracie, the Planner’s Vault mascot and your unofficial workcation companion. Gracie brings a touch of warmth and ease to our setting, offering a gentle presence and well-timed breaks from the day. As our resident “Fetch Manager,” she’s always ready for a quick game or a quiet moment at your side. Just a small reminder—Gracie’s discerning palate means she may take an interest in unattended snacks, adding a bit of charm and laughter to our time together. Enjoy the added comfort she brings to your workcation experience!

The closest airport is Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). The airport is 40 miles or roughly 45 minutes from the property.

We’ve got you covered! We will either arrange group transportation or provide an Uber Event link for easy rides to and from the airport.
As a reminder, the house won’t be available until 4 PM, so we recommend selecting a flight that arrives in Charlotte, NC, around 2:30-3:00 PM, if possible.
If there are no suitable flight options, don’t worry—we’ll still make sure you can easily get to the house by providing the Uber Event link.

Arrival at the property will be at 4:00 pm on Monday, 3/15.
Departure will be at 10:00 am on Thursday 3/18.

As much as we’d LOVE to meet your non-PV member, this workcation is designed exclusively for the members within our community.

Light breakfast items (fruit, pastries, yogurts, etc), lunch items (wraps, sandwiches, salads, soups etc), and dinners each night are included as well as snacks and beverages.
A certain amount of the budget will be delegated towards beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
Dietary restrictions and preferences will be taken into account.
You are also welcome to bring and purchase your own food and beverages based on personal preferences or dietary restrictions.

Bed sharing is available in single King rooms only. If you'd like to share your King bed with a friend, simply add them as your bed-sharing guest. A one-time $975 bed-share fee will be added to your final invoice to cover your guest's retreat experience, including all sessions, coaching, meals, and experiences.

A $500 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your spot.
At checkout, you'll have the option to pay in full or choose equal monthly payments. All balances must be paid in full by February 1, 2027.

Well, that would be a total bummer and we would miss you terribly!
Because we begin planning and making commitments well in advance of Workcation, all payments are non-refundable.
If you're unable to attend and notify us 30 or more days before Workcation, we'll do our best to fill your spot with another Planner's Vault member. If we're able to do so, we'll refund all payments you've made, minus your non-refundable retainer.
If we're unable to fill your spot, or if you cancel fewer than 30 days before Workcation, all payments will be forfeited.

About one month out from arrival, we will send a detailed Workcation Guide that outlines the exact schedule, topics for small group sessions, plans for meals, and more!
Everyone will arrive on Monday afternoon and shortly after we'll plan to do our first small group session and spend some time getting to know each other!
The following two days will be a combination of individual work time, round table discussions, and small group sessions on specific topics. In the evenings, we'll relax, enjoy each other's company, and celebrate the wins from the day!

Absolutely! If you're local to the Charlotte area—or simply prefer not to stay overnight—you can join us with a Day Pass.
For $400 per day, you'll enjoy a full day of Workcation, including all sessions, coaching, meals, and meaningful connections—no overnight stay required.
Want the full experience without the accommodations? Join us for all three days for $1,050 (a savings compared to purchasing individual day passes).
Day Passes are available in limited quantities, so be sure to reserve yours before they're gone!

The Fine Print
We know putting down a deposit for something months away is a real decision, so here's exactly what to expect.
Reserving your spot: A non-refundable retainer of $500 is due at sign-up and holds your spot.
Payment schedule: Your remaining balance is split into equal payments, due by February 1, 2027.
If your plans change: Transfer your spot to another pre-vetted guest at anytime. If we fill it from our waitlist, you'll be refunded what you've paid, minus a 15% processing and rebooking fee.
Sharing a room: Pricing is based on one person per bed. Sharing with a friend adds a one-time $975 fee to cover extra food and experience costs.
What's included: Three nights of accommodations, airport transfers, a CEO round-table hot seat session, small group strategy sessions, all food and beverage, and one evening experience.
