Secure Your Space: Once you receive your acceptance, you'll have 48 business hours to select your room and pay the retainer. Prompt action is essential to confirm your spot as we prepare for a workcation filled with meaningful content and transformative experiences.

For our March 2025 Workcation we have three room options:
Private King = $3175
Semi-Private King = $2975
Shared Room = $2375+
There is a $450 retainer to secure your spot. Remaining balance will be split evenly from time you book until February 2025. All payments due by February 2025.

Our workcation is thoughtfully designed to blend intensive learning with ample relaxation and networking opportunities. Your days will be filled with insightful sessions, targeted workshops, and leisure activities, ensuring a balance of productivity and relaxation. We will provide a detailed schedule at least one month prior to the event, allowing you ample time to prepare and plan for an enriching and rejuvenating experience.

The closest airport is Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). The airport is 40 miles or roughly 45 minutes from the property.

Transportation to and from the airport is included in your Workcation cost.

As much as we’d LOVE to meet your non-PV member, this workcation is designed exclusively for the members within our community.

Well, that would be a total bummer and we would miss you terribly!
All payments made are non-refundable.
Should you not be able to attend and it’s 30+ days out from Workcation, we will do our best to fill your spot with another PV member. In this case all payments made less a 15% processing and rebooking fee will be refunded.
