Meet Gracie, the Planner’s Vault mascot and your unofficial workcation companion. Gracie brings a touch of warmth and ease to our setting, offering a gentle presence and well-timed breaks from the day. As our resident “Fetch Manager,” she’s always ready for a quick game or a quiet moment at your side. Just a small reminder—Gracie’s discerning palate means she may take an interest in unattended snacks, adding a bit of charm and laughter to our time together. Enjoy the added comfort she brings to your workcation experience!

The closest airport is Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). The airport is 40 miles or roughly 45 minutes from the property.

We’ve got you covered! We will either arrange group transportation or provide an Uber Event link for easy rides to and from the airport. As a reminder, the house won’t be available until 4 PM, so we recommend selecting a flight that arrives in Charlotte, NC, around 2:30-3:00 PM, if possible. If there are no suitable flight options, don’t worry—we’ll still make sure you can easily get to the house by providing the Uber Event link.

Departure will be at 10:00 am on Thursday 3/20.

As much as we’d LOVE to meet your non-PV member, this workcation is designed exclusively for the members within our community.

Light breakfast items (fruit, pastries, yogurts, etc), lunch items (wraps, sandwiches, salads, soups etc), and dinners each night are included as well as snacks and beverages.
A certain amount of the budget will be delegated towards beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
Dietary restrictions and preferences will be taken into account.
You are also welcome to bring and purchase your own food and beverages based on personal preferences or dietary restrictions.

The bed share option is for single king rooms only. If you wish to share a bed with a friend, there will be a one-time share fee of $675 that will be added to your final invoice to cover the additional cost of groceries and experience.

A deposit of $450 is due at the time of booking.
The remaining balance will be split into equal payments with all payments due by February 1, 2025. We will send an invoice through Honeybook for the remaining payments.

All payments made are non-refundable.
Should you not be able to attend and it’s 30+ days out from Workcation, we will do our best to fill your spot with another PV member. In this case all payments made less a 15% processing and rebooking fee will be refunded.

About one month out from arrival, we will send a detailed Workcation Guide that outlines the exact schedule, topics for small group sessions, plans for meals, and more!
Everyone will arrive on Monday afternoon and shortly after we'll plan to do our first small group session and spend some time getting to know each other! That evening, after dinner, we'll talk about how to make the most of your time while on the workcation.
The following two days will be a combination of individual work time, coaching sessions with Megan and Gina, and small group discussions on specific topics. In the evenings, we'll relax, enjoy each other's company, and celebrate the wins from the day!

Absolutely! We have (4) day rate spaces available for local to the Charlotte are people wanting to make a day trip. Join us on the first day (3/17) plus one or two additional days ( 13/18, 3/19) to gain access to all the connections, sessions, coaching, meals, and the experiences.
The day rate is $300 per day.

The Fine Print
A non-refundable retainer of $450 is due at the time of signing up to reserve your slot. The remaining balance will be split into equal payments with all payments due by February 1, 2025. If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your spot to another PV member. If another PV member can fill your spot, there will be a 15% processing and rebooking fee.
The cost of the event has been calculated for 1 person per bed. If you opt to share a bed with someone, there will be a $675 share fee per bed to cover additional food and experience costs.
The cost per person includes (3) nights of accommodations, a one-on-one coaching session, small group sessions, all food and beverage (breakfast, lunch, dinner, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages), and one evening experience.
